What if I miss a day?

Can I choose different bowls every week?

Yes. Our menu changes weekly, so you can enjoy variety while maintaining a balanced diet

1. Subscription Terms

• Each subscription includes 30 freshly prepared meal bowls.

• The subscription is valid for 45 days from the date of activation.

• All bowls must be consumed within the validity period. Unused bowls will expire after 45 days and cannot be carried forward.

2. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made as per the schedule confirmed at the time of subscription.

• Customers may select preferred delivery slots where available.

• In case of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be rescheduled with prior notice.

3. Order Changes

• If you wish to reschedule or change your delivery for a particular day, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Requests made within 24 hours of the delivery time cannot be accommodated.

4. Cancellations

• Daily deliveries can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made after this window will be treated as delivered.

• Subscription cancellations or refunds are not available once the plan has started, except in special cases at our discretion.

5. Pausing Your Subscription

• Subscriptions can be paused once during the 45-day validity period for a maximum of 7 days.

• To pause, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is active.

• If a delivery is missed due to our operational error, we will ensure the bowl is redelivered or adjusted in your subscription count.

7. Quality & Freshness Guarantee

• All bowls are prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients in a hygienic environment.

• We ensure bowls are delivered in eco-friendly, food-safe packaging to maintain freshness.

8. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure correct delivery details are provided at checkout.

• In case of address errors or unavailability at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered.
